Petitioner is the owner of vehicle, registration of which is U.P.-
70 ET No.8080. The said vehicle met with an accident on 22.2.2017. The petitioner then presented his claim before the Insurance Company, but that claim till date has not been decided.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that in case such claim is presented before the Insurance Company and the same is in accordance with law, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as far as possible within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of the order is produced before it.
