This petition has been filed to expedite the Case No. 1201815060302139 (Rajesh Kumar vs. Prahlad), under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before Tehsildar, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Azamgarh.
I have gone through the records and find no good ground to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case.
In view thereof, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to approach the court concerend by making an appropriate expedite application. In the event such an application is made, it is expected that the same shall be heard and decided, in accordance with law.
