Undisputedly since the application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act is still pending disposal no cause arises for issuance of any peremptory direction at this stage except to observe that the Family Judge before whom the matter is pending shall endeavour to conclude the proceedings with expedition and preferably within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
