Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Petitioners have preferred this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for a direction upon the court below to decide Original Suit No. 174 of 1997 (Bhagwati Prasad Vs. Ram Roop and others) pending in the court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sant Kabir Nagar within a time bound period.
In view of the fact that the aforesaid original suit is pending since 1997 and it is stated that there is no legal impediment in deciding the same, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the court concerned to consider the above case in accordance with law most expeditiously and to make all efforts to decide it as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date a copy of this order is produced before him.
The writ petition is disposed of.
