Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel.
The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 not to adopt any coercive measures against the petitioner in relation to notice dated 4.12.2017 issued under section 274 of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
The petitioner has already filed objections against the said show cause notice on 8.1.2018.
In view of the above, it is directed that the respondents shall pass orders on the objections so filed by the petitioner in reply to the show cause notice dated 4.12.2017.
The writ petition is thus disposed of finally. No costs.
