Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Yashwant Singh, learned counsel for the respondents.
This petition has been preferred seeking the following reliefs:
"I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to fix pension of the petitioner treating him as regular/permanent employee of the department on the post of Nayab Moharir and disburse the same regularly month by month.
II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to release forthwith the pension and other pending post-retiral benefits to the petitioner along with interest."
Learned counsel representing the respondents 2 to 4 states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the claim of the petitioner for regularization as well as for re-fixation of pension shall be examined and disposed of in accordance with law and a final decision communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order.
Petition stands disposed of.
