Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri I.P. Srivastava, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant bail application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No. 229 of 2019, under Section 3/7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955, Police Station Mehdawal, District- Sant Kabir Nagar.
Sri I.P. Srivastava, the learned A.G.A. on instructions points out that non-bailable warrants have been issued against the applicant. In that view of the matter and bearing in mind the decision of the Supreme Court in Lavesh Vs. State (NCT of Delhi), (2012) 8 SCC 730, the Court finds no justifiable ground to entertain this application, which shall stand rejected.
