The allegation has been made in this writ petition that the petitioner's land is being encroached for construction of link road without payment of any compensation or without consent of the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that in case the land of the petitioner is being taken from or being utilized without consent of the petitioner or without payment of compensation, the petitioner can approach the Addl. District Magistrate(Finance and Revenue), Prayagraj, respondent no.3 by filing a representation which shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as far as possible within a period of three months from the date of filing a representation along with a certified copy of this order.
