By impugned order, the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.1, Ghaziabad has declined to consolidate two suits.
Remedy of filing revision under Section 115 CPC is available to the petitioner. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the instant petition in exercise of power under Article 227 of the Constitution but relegates the petitioner to the remedy of revision available under the Code of Civil Procedure.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
