This petition is filed with a prayer to early disposal of the pending application being application 6C-2 filed by the petitioner on 17.08.2016.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of by directing the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ghaziabad to expedite and decide the application 6C-2 expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment either of the parties positively within a period of three months from the date the certified copy of this order is produced before him.
