1. Rule.
Mr. K.L.Pandya, learned APP waives service of Rule on behalf of the Respondent-State.
2. Having considered the submissions advanced by the applicant in person, so also considering the fact that he was released on Temporary bail for ten days by this court vide order dated 5.6.2012 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No. 7495/2012, the said period is requested to be extended on the ground of education of children of the applicant.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and earlier order granting temporary bail to the applicant, earlier order releasing the applicant on temporary bail is further extended for the period of two weeks hereof on the same terms and conditions.
4. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. D.S. is permitted.
