No case is made out to waive the cost of Rs.25,000/- imposed in Criminal Misc. Application No.2100 of 2012 by order dated 2.3.2012, while rejecting the eighth successive bail application filed by the applicant. The said order dated 2.3.2012 reads as under:
"This eighth successive application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with first information report registered at C.R.No.I-44 of 2010 with Chuda police station for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 323, 324, 325, 326, 504, 143, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 135 of the Bombay Police Act.
Considering nature of allegations levelled against the applicant and prima-facie involvement of the applicant, more particularly when there is no change in facts, circumstances or law, no bail can be granted in favour of the applicant.
This application is rejected with costs of Rs.25,000/-."
This application is rejected with costs of Rs.5,000/-.
