The prayer in this petition is to command the respondent- authorities to address the representations dated 19.01.2021, 05.02.2021 and 27.03.2021 submitted by the petitioner before the District Magistrate, Kushinagar.
The representation alleges that respondent no.6 has illegally occupied the house and property of the petitioner and has passed on possession to a Madarsa.
It has not been demonstrated as to under which provision of law, the representation has been made to the District Magistrate.
As the dispute is between private parties in respect of private property, we decline to issue any direction as prayed for, but leave it open to the petitioner to take recourse to the other appropriate remedy, as may be advised.
Subject to aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
