Heard Sri S.M.A. Abdy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Gambhir Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. dated 25.3.2018 registered as case crime no.0027 of 2018 under sections 392 I.P.C., police station Singaramau, District Jaunpur.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is a student of Law and he was not named in the FIR. The co-accused Dhananjay Harijan who is stated to be involved in the present case, the police has arrested him and when the petitioner raised some voice against this arrest of Dhananjay Harijan, he was also implicated on the confessional statement of the co-accused. Earlier he was granted bail by the Court below.
The Court below shall consider the bail of the petitioner.
With the above direction this petition is finally disposed of.
