This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking a direction to decide the proceedings of Case No.RST/695 of 2017, Computer Case No.20171188004695, under section 145 Cr.P.C. (Om Prakash vs. Raj Pal Singh), District- Baghpat.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
At the very outset learned counsel for the applicant has not pressed the prayer so far as it relates seeking the permission to harvest sugarcane crop allegedly sown by him over the plot in dispute. In view of the same this application in that regard stands dismissed. Another prayer made by the counsel is to issue a direction to decide the proceedings regarding 145 Cr.P.C.
Heard learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
In the absence of complete record this Court is not in a position to know the exact status of proceedings or the circumstances of the case. However, this application stands disposed of with the observation/ direction that if there are some proceedings pending under section 145 Cr.P.C. in the Court concerned, the Court below shall look into the same and decide the proceedings expeditiously in accordance with law.
