Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to amend the prayer clause during the course of the day.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring fair investigation of Case Crime No. 152 of 2017 under Sections 272, 273, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC and 60/72 Excise Act and 53 Copy Right Act and in Case Crime No. 239 of 2017 under Section 3(1) of UP Gangster and Prevention of Anti Social Activities Act, 1986 P.S. Tarwa, District Azamgarh.
From the perusal of the record, it reveals that the petitioner is the informant of the aforementioned case. In case the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the investigation of the aforementioned case, the same may be raised before the respondent No.4-Senior Superintendent of Police, Azamgarh, who shall look into the matter so that fair and expeditious investigation of the aforementioned case may be ensured.
It is further directed that the S.S.P. Azamgarh shall supervise the investigation and ensure that the same is completed speedily without any undue delay.
With the above directions, this writ petition is finally disposed of.
