Petitioner claims to be member of Kshetra Panchayat and has raised a grievance that his representation is not being considered.
The petitioner is merely a member of Kshetra Panchayat. In his individual rapacity, he cannot be a voice of Kshetra Panchayat unless there is a resolution to that effect.
The writ petition being misconceived is dismissed.
