Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner has claimed compassionate appointment on account of death of her husband on 20.10.2013.
The petitioner had applied for compassionate appointment vide application dated 25.09.2018 well within 5 years and, therefore, there is no occasion for the respondent to withhold the claim of the petitioner except for valid reasons.
The 2nd respondent is, therefore, directed to consider the claim o the petitioner on merits and in case, if otherwise, petitioner is found to be legally entitled for compassionate appointment, the same may be accorded to the petitioner or to pass reasoned and speaking order within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
The writ petition stands disposed of .
