The grievance of the petitioners is that after the partition suit was decreed on 17.5.2017, the appeal which was filed by respondent no.2 was not being decided. A prayer has, therefore, been made that the Appeal No.C-20170100328 of 2017 (Ram Kumar Vs. Rajesh & Ors.) pending in the Court of Commissioner, Agra Division, Agra may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Appeal No.C- 20170100328 of 2017 (Ram Kumar Vs. Rajesh & Ors.) be decided within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
