This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 29.07.2021 registered as Case Crime No. 0022 of 2021, Under Section 364, 323, 504 and 506 I.P.C. Police Station-G.R.P., Jaunpur, District-Jaunpur.
List revised. None appears for the petitioners, however, learned A.G.A. is present.
Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions apprised this Court that in the aforesaid Case Crime number, the petitioner no. 2 has already arrested.
The writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner along with a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
