This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents no. 1, 2 and 3 to provide protection to the injured witness/petitioner in Case Crime NO. 0084 of 2019 under section 307 IPC, Police Station Kachhwa, District Mirzapur.
The relief, as sought in this writ petition, cannot be granted at this stage.
However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that in case the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the above mentioned case, the same may be raised before Superintendent of Police, Mirzapur (respondent no. 3) who shall look into the matter and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
With the above direction this petition is finally disposed of.
