By means of present applicant u/s 482, the applicant is seeking a direction upon the Judicial Magistrate, Mirzapur to decide the complaint case no. 2704 of 2017 (Raj Kumar Swarnkar Vs. Shiv Chandar Seth & others), P.S. Lalganj, District Mirzapur, in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this petition is therefore disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Mirzapur to decide the aforesaid criminal case expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
