Heard Sri Jagdish Prasad Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present application has been filed with a prayer to direct the court below i.e. learned District and Sessions Judge, Muzaffarnagar to conclude the trial of S.T. No. 750 of 2020 under Sections 302, 504 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Muzaffarnagar arising out of case crime no. 418 of 2020, within a period of three months.
Submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant is informant of this case. Learned counsel for the applicant has prayed that a direction may be issued to the trial court for deciding the case expeditiously. When put a question to him as to when charge was framed, he disclosed that charge was framed on 17.11.2020 therefore it appears that charge was framed recently Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for issuing direction to the court below.
There does not appear to be any delay on the part of the court in concluding the trial, hence at this stage, this Court does not find any good ground for direction to be issued to the trial court. Accordingly, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed.
