Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and Sri Manoj Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha and perused the record.
Present PIL has been filed with a prayer the respondents no. 1 or 2 that he may make an enquiry in respect complaint/representation dated 10.9.2018 which has been given to them in respect of taking proper action against the encroachers of land in question.
Admittedly present PIL is not supported by affidavit of the petitioner.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh.
Present petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty aforesaid.
