JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 19
Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 1154 of 2018 Petitioner :- Raj Kumar Mishra Respondent :- Civil Judge (J.D.)-5, Allahabad And 5 Ors.
Counsel for Petitioner :- Ajay Shandilya,Ram Chandra Solanki
Hon'ble Manoj Kumar Gupta,J.
The petitioner, who is defendant in Original Suit No. 1879/2015 has filed objections seeking vacation of ex-parte injunction granted in favour of the plaintiff respondents. The grievance urged in the instant petition is that the objections filed by the petitioner are not being decided and on the other hand, the ex-parte injunction is being extended from time to time.
Having regard to the said contention, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to finalise the matter relating to temporary injunction expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.
