Heard Sr Pradeep Kumar holding brief of Sri Om Prakash, learned counsel for the plaintiff-petitioner and Sri Gaurav Tripathi, learned counsel for the defendant-respondent No.3.
The only relief pressed by the petitioner in this petition is that the Appeal No.1 of 2017 (Atulveer Jain vs. Raj Kumar Gupta) pending in the court of 7th Additional District Judge, Etawah, may be directed to be decided within a reasonable time.
Sri Gaurav Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent No.3 has no objection to the aforesaid request.
In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of providing that the concerned court below shall decide the aforesaid appeal in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
