By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has sought that a direction be issued to the Distict Magistrate Banda (respondent no.2) to decide the representation dated 30.1.2018 for grant the extent of Range (area) of Fire Arms D.B.B.L. gun license No.2770/1267 within stipulated period.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.2, that he shall take endeavour to decide the aforesaid representation expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight months in accordance with law unless there is any legal impediment.
