Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Jaunpur to conduct the investigation in Case Crime No. 1028 of 2017, under Sections 457/380 I.P.C. Police Station Madiyahun, District Jaunpur in a proper manner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the first information report was lodged by the petitioner, who is the complainant, as long back as on 22.09.2017 but till date the investigating officer did not examine either the informant or the accused persons and the investigation is going on leisurely.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, we direct the Superintendent Police, Jaunpur to ensure the investigation in the aforesaid case crime conducted in a proper manner and submit a police report before the court concerned expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
With the aforesaid direction, the present petition stands disposed of.
