Heard Sri M.R. Pandey, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.P. Srivastava, learned Counsel for the respondents.
On 28.05.2019 following order was passed by this Court:-
"Sri M.R. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit the amount, which is due against him in instalments.
The petitioner will show his bonafide by depositing half of the amount so demanded by 30.05.2019. He will also produce a receipt of deposit on that date.
Put up this matter on 30.05.2019 as fresh.
Sri P.P. Srivastava, Advocate appears on behalf of the respondent-Bank"
Today, on query being made learned Counsel for the petitioner expressed his inability to produce any receipt in compliance of the order dated 28.05.2019.
This Court is not ready to grant any further indulgence to the petitioner as the petitioner has failed to comply with the order passed by this Court on 28.05.2019.
This Writ Petition is dismissed as above. No costs.
However, it is open to the petitioner to take recourse to the other remedies available to him under the law.
