Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A.for the respondents-State and perused the record.
This petition for writ under Article 226 of Constitution of India is preferred by the first informant with a prayer to quash the first information report dated 10th December, 2017 at Police Station Transport Nagar, District Meerut.
It is stated that the parties have arrived at an agreement and as such no grudge of the present petitioner now survives.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents No. 3 to 6 does not dispute the facts stated by the counsel for the petitioner.
Having considered all facts of the case, we deem it fit to dispose off the petition for writ by giving the petitioner liberty to bring all these facts which are stated in the instant petition before the investigating agency, who shall keep in mind the same while submitting police report before the court competent.
The writ petition is disposed off accordingly.
