Heard Mr. Vijay Mani Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed that the court below be directed to decide the Case No. 4719 of 2016 (Rahul Paliwal Vs. V. K. Upadhyay) under Section 138 N. I. Act, Police Station-Hari Parwat, District-Agra pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Ist, Agra.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that the court below shall proceed to decide the above mentioned criminal case with all expedition without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and by fixing short dates within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations, the present application is finally disposed of.
