JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of assessment dated 30.09.2016 passed in respect of the assessment year 2015-2016.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority, as the petitioner likes to raise all the grounds before the Appellate Authority involving the factual aspects of the matter.
3. Since the petitioner can file an appeal against the order of assessment and in view of the fact that the learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks such liberty to do so, this writ petition is disposed of, by granting liberty to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
