This Court granted bail to the present applicants vide order dated 07.03.2012 pased in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.1974 of 2012 on condition to execute personal bond of Rs.25,000/- each with one solvent surety of the like amount.
Learned advocate for the applicants submits that the surety has already applied for Solvency Certificate before the concerned authority and the procedure may take some time. Therefore, he requested to direct the trial Court for granting some reasonable time to produce the Solvency Certificate.
In view of the above, this application is partly allowed. The trial Court is directed to give 20 (twenty) days time to the applicants for producing the Solvency Certificate. Direct service is permitted.
