Heard learned counsel for the appellant-wife.
The appellant-wife has preferred this appeal against the rejection of her application filed under section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act. The application has been rejected as the court below found that the appellant-wife has no where stated that she is unable to maintain herself and anything specific about the income of the respondent-husband. The application filed is vague and incomplete and as such has been rejected.
We have perused the application moved under section 24 and are also of the opinion that the application is without substance and there is no basis for making the allegations made therein.
Accordingly, we do not find any merit in this appeal and the same is dismissed with liberty to the appellant-wife to move a fresh application, if so advised.
