Heard the counsel for the petitioner.
The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a writ of mandamus directing the Board of Revenue, Circuit Court- 2, Agra, i.e., respondent no. 2 to decide the second Appeal No. 00329 of 2015 (Computer Case No. C201501000000329) filed under Section 331(4) of the Uttar Pradesh Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 pending in the court of Borad of Revenue, Cirucuit Court- 2, Agra.
The Borad of Revenue, Cirucuit Court- 2, Agra, i.e., respondent no. 2 is directed to decide the aforesaid appeal, if still pending, within a period of six months from the date a copy of this order is produced before it, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid appeal.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
