1. The present application has been preferred by the applicants herein - original petitioners to restore Civil Application No.319 of 2011 in Stamp Number 1707 of 2011.

Having heard Mr.Bhatt, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants and learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Official Liquidator and so as to give an additional opportunity to the applicants to submit their case on merits in Civil Application No.319/2011 and subject to payment of cost, which is quantified at Rs.1,000/-, to be deposited with Gujarat High Court Advocates' Law Library within a period of one week from today, the present application is allowed and Civil Application No.319 of 2011 in Stamp Number 1707 of 2011 is ordered to be restored to file. With this, the present application is disposed of.
