Shri Jani, learned Government Pleader has requested for time of this matter and the cognate matter, which has been not listed today and for which, the request is made for calling of the matter, on Monday i.e 16.4.2012 for the reason that one of the point raised in the petition and reliance wherefor is made on Division Bench's judgment of this court is subject matter of S.L.P., hearing whereof is slated on 16.04.2012 and he is not able to consult the advocate on record Shri Pahwa. In view of this, when the time has already passed, there shall not be any objection to adjournment of the matter till Monday i.e 16.04.2012 but it must be observed in this order itself that no further time on any count shall be granted to either of the parties and matter must proceed on 16.4.2012. S.O to 16.4.2012.
