The petitioners had filed a suit for partition which was accompanied by an application for temporary injunction. The grievance of the petitioners is that the temporary injunction application is not being decided.
The order sheet also reveals that a substitution application is pending.
Under such circumstances, it is being directed that the substitution application be decided within a period of one week from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order and thereafter orders be passed on the temporary injunction application within two weeks thereafter.
With these observations, the petition is disposed of.
