When the petition is called out and taken up for hearing, learned advocate for the petitioner is not present. Any request for pass over or adjournment has also not been made. Nobody has attended the hearing of present petition. Therefore instead of dismissing the petition, the hearing of the petition is adjourned. S. O. to 04/05/2012 considering the fact that the petitioner has grievance with regard to fixation of pension.
