This petition alleges disobedience of an interim injunction issued on 21 November 2007 in a pending suit. Presently, it is not clear as to whether this injunction was extended thereafter since learned counsel only referred to a questionnaire appended at page 50. Be that as it may and even if the contention that the injunction continues to operate is accepted, it is open to him to institute appropriate proceedings referable to Order XXXIX Rule 2A C.P.C.
Subject to the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed of.
