It has been pointed out by Dr. Ritu Raj Singh Chauhan, learned Standing Counsel that there is no marriage proof of petitioners on record.
In view of the objection raised by the learned Standing Counsel, Sri Bachchu Lal Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not want to press the writ petition and prays that the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh petition.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
