Sri P.K. Giri, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on instructions from the opposite party, states that a decision has been taken on 20.8.2018 deciding the claim of the applicant for payment of arrears of salary. A copy of the said order has been placed for perusal of this Court, according to which, the representation made by the applicant has been turned down.
Since a decision has already been taken deciding the claim of the applicant, as was the direction issued by the Writ Court and, therefore, no good ground is made out to proceed any further in the instant matter.
The contempt application stands disposed of accordingly.
