Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent.
By means of present applicant u/s 482, the applicant is seeking a direction upon the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Basti to decide the complaint case no. 506 of 2016 (Radha Mishra Vs. Subhashishpati) under section 138 N.I. Act, P.S. Kotwali, District Basti, in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this petition is therefore disposed of with a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Basti to decide the aforesaid criminal case expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
