The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Suit bearing Case No.D2015165300971 of 2015, (Radha Devi Vs. Suddhu and Others), under Section 176 of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, may be decided expeditiously.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Suit bearing Case No.D2015165300971 of 2015, (Radha Devi Vs. Suddhu and Others), under Section 176 of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, be decided within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. This order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
