Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to issue patta to the petitioner for his land to an extent of 3½ cents in Old S.No.127/1, New S.Nos.320/9, 320/10 and to an extent of ½ cent in Old S.No.127/1, New S.No.126/5B and to an extent of ½ cent in Old S.No.127/10, New S.No.319/20, 21 to an total extent of 4½ cents in Kolakudi Village, Bhuvanagiri Taluk, after surveying and demarcating the said lands.

Premnath Government Advocate ORDER The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue patta to him for his land measruing an extent of 3½ cents in Old S.No.127/1, New S.Nos.320/9, 320/10 and to an extent of ½ cent in Old S.No.127/1, New S.No.126/5B and to an extent of ½ cent in Old S.No.127/10, New S.Nos.319/20 and 21 to an total extent of 4½ cents in Kolakudi Village, Bhuvanagiri Taluk, after surveying and demarcating the lands.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the repeated representations given to the respondents for demarcating the lands, fixing the boundaries and also for issuance of patta, the respondents have not passed any orders so far.
3. Mr.Era. Premnath, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondents submitted that the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2015 and pass orders, with regard to demarcation and fixing the boundaries and also for issuance of patta, in accordance with law.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, on payment of necessary charges, the respondents are directed to demarcate the petitioner's land and fix the boundaries and also consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2015 for issuance of patta, and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
