For Petitioner : Mr.V.Ravi For Respondents : Mr.R.Venkatesh Government Advocate ORDER Mr.R.Venkatesh, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of her appeal dated 30.07.2015, within a time frame.
3. Mr. V.Ravi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has filed the appeal as early as on 30.07.2015 before the 1st respondent, the same has not yet been disposed of by the first respondent.
4. Mr.R.Venkatesh, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consdier the appeal dated 30.07.2015, filed by the petitioner and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
