Compliance affidavit filed today in Court is taken on record. Heard.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the order of the writ Court was for deciding the claim of the petitioner by respondent no.5. He submits that in pursuance thereof, an order dated 17.11.2021, a copy of which has been filed as Annexure-1 to the compliance affidavit, has been passed by the respondents whereby it has been found that nothing is due to the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the respondents are no longer run in contempt of the order passed by the writ Court. Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed. Notices, if any, are hereby discharged.
However, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the order dated 17.11.2021 before appropriate Court in appropriate proceedings, if aggrieved.
