2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that challenging the order passed by the first respondent, the petitioner also filed an appeal before the second respondent on 20.03.2017 and it would be suffice to direct the second respondent to dispose of the appeal at an early date, in accordance with law.
3. Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondents submitted that the second respondent may be directed to dispose of the appeal in accordance with law.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 20.03.2017 and dispose of the same, after giving notice to the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
