Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned Standing Counsel and perused the perused.
The present first appeal from order has been filed against the judgment and order dated 14.2.2011 passed by the Commissioner, Workman Compensation Act, Meerut in Case No.W.C.A. 141 of 2008.
Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that since he has already paid entire amount of award hence as per instruction he want to withdraw present appeal.
Accordingly, present appeal is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. The respondent-claimant will be entitled for payment of amount as per award dated 14.2.2011 passed by the Commissioner, Workman Compensation Act, Meerut in Case No.W.C.A. 141 of 2008 Order Date :- 28.11.2017 Pramod
