This contempt petition has been filed against the non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No. 2870 of 2016, dated 28.01.2016.

It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No. 2870 of 2016, dated 28.01.2016 has been complied with and in support of the said contention, the learned Special Government has produced the Government Order in G.O.(MS)No.116, Home (Police-3) Department, dated 06.02.2017. Recording the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader the Contempt Petition is closed.
